Re-wired the device, which was badly wired after some wires became disconnected.
Managed to increase resolution x3 due to my recent experience with instrumentation amplifiers.
Also found a hack!
Reverse the polarity of the differential output and blow down the vacuum port instead of the positive pressure port. The resolution increases upon exhaling and you now get a decrease in output when you exhale!
The output from the nano's ADC is now as follows:
150-------negative pressure-----260----dead zone---270------positive pressure--------820
The dead zone was added due to noise at low pressure.
