Worked with Jim to improve integration of new participants. We sat down and created a flow chart, and went back to the webpage of the project and redesigned everything, in order to make it easier for newcomers to understand what to do and how to do. I also created some process flow in the docs, and modified the Project VAS page.

Did some work with Abran, rearranged documents in order to make it easier for contributors to find themselves, Abran created this new doc for listing different gimbal designs, and I worked on the content and formatting

Worked on arranging the content on the website, Google docs and Google presentation (the orientation slides), etc, in order to make it easier for possible contributors to understand what they need to do, and to find where to contribute.
I also spoke with Jim and others at the lab how to organize our virtual space in order to facilitate the integration of new contributors.
I also answered a few emails and gave access to at least 2 new participants.

5 hours are allocated to this, at 20$/hour, for a total of $100. If the participants log more time, they can chose to transfer it into equity for the commercial version of the device.
